JLLSpark is the PropTech venture capital group of global commercial real estate group, JLL. For the most important trade show of the year, we worked with the JLLSpark team to develop their experience at the 2019 CRETech trade show in NYC.

Knowing that the trade show would be filled with investors and tech companies, we wanted to help JLLSpark stand out by bringing in a look and strategy to get people to stop at the booth. To do this, we strategized and concepted several directions with the JLLSpark team.

With any trade show, being able to draw foot traffic is the name of the game. JLLSpark wanted to do so through a strategic concept and design. Stand out from the noise, but do so while establishing expertise with the attendees. At the same time, JLLSpark identified a issue in the market is slow adoption or hesitation to impliment the new technologies. Basically, a sense of uncertainty in the solution.

Instead of going for a clean tech look that would be appropriate to the space, we wanted to present the business in a way that helped the JLLSpark re-frame how commercial real estate (CRE) views technology and innovation.

Our goal was to develop a cohesive concept to unify all attendee touch points to increase brand perception, messaging effectiveness and overall awareness at the show.
