A full engagement is a done-for-you process. This is a do-it-with-you process. You’re in the room, doing the thinking alongside me. The output is yours because the work is yours. It’s also a fraction of the investment, and for founders who aren’t ready for a full engagement, it’s the right place to start.

Because the work doesn’t scale past that, the 1:1 sessions require real attention. The group sessions require real conversation. Four is the number where both stay valuable.

Yes, there’s a group component. Everyone in the cohort signs a mutual NDA before the program begins. The environment is confidential by design. In practice, the shared context makes the work better, not riskier. Also, you don’t have to share anything sensitive you don’t want to.
